Hey, I'm Rod; it's nice to meet you. So what's with the bear? My photographer thought it would help show my softer side, and as my wife's friends call me CB, short for Care Bear, I just went with it:)
Bear or no bear, I've lived an incredible life but struggled with addiction, feeling trapped in an identity I was leading, thinking I was unable to change my course, my actions, and my choices. My mind was frustrated, withdrawn, frightened, stressed, or just simply bored with my output. My RYZ story started when I decided to BELIEVE in myself. I decided to pick myself up and stand for a more meaningful future with my family. I am not an expert in anything, but I created JustRYZ to share what I've learned in the darkest corners of my life and hopefully help others overcome their challenges, take back their futures, and RYZ with confidence.
